Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our services or deliverables.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfred Intelligent, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the specific terms of the engagement agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and each party shall return or destroy confidential information belonging to the other party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
